  1. I really enjoyed the paranoia and social kung-fu of this episode. I even enjoy the mechanics discussions at the beginning of the episode but I like that you told people who might not where the story starts again so they could skip there.

  2. Wow this episode blew the house down, by the way compassion for Chris who probably had a double nerve shake (the xp-harvest and story-cracking). Additionaly after DH's Critical success I wondered wether he'll hear something of: "Your trustworthy and persuasive manner has made Twitch open before. You wake in bed with Twith...."
    Cheers.

  3. AMAZING EPISODE! I haven't been this blown away by an actual play podcast since Quest For The Book Of Sorrows, which I thought was just about the greatest actual play podcast one could hope to find. I stand corrected... Flaming Sofa's At Sixes And Sevens is the absolute BEST actual play podcast one could hope for. I look forward to every Wednesday now, just for the new episode... You are all amazing and fantastic. :)

  4. You know, it's rather funny; Chris and I were worried that this would be a weaker episode and that our listeners may not enjoy it. So glad that we were wrong on that count. :)

  5. You know, looking back on this episode in hindsight I have to say I think when Twitch said 'I didn't know he was planning to go that far', she was totally lying when she agreed with the motley's initial suspicion of Hoffman (when it was totes Ivrain), hence Chris' comment that she was holding something back. Just something to keep in mind in the future when the Winter Court inevitably tries to stir shit up again in the next story, having gotten off scot-free in this one. :P
